Just so you know, I’m still around. I’m just job hunting and working out some internal things right now. Cocooning is a bad habit I’ve been trying to break, with occasional, if not current, spasms of success.

Here’s something I found kind of fascinating, just as a placeholder until I can come back and represent in the matter to which you have long since ceased to become accustomed.

Turns out there was actually a historical reason why Stanley Kubrick used “Daisy” as the song HAL sings as he “dies” in 2001: A Space Odyssey:
